Bad Beans Blow

I cleaned out my fridge again yesterday and found some beans that I had made that were definitely not good anymore. They looked a little suspect so I didn’t want to put them in my composter and instead threw them away in the trash.

Well that wasn’t a very good idea either. The garbage was pretty stinky today so even though it wasn’t full it definitely had to go. I’d say my 13 gallon can was about 2/3 full when I tossed it.

I also noticed that there was far more plastic this week then I would have liked to see. Keeping plastic out of the house is still one of the hardest things to do. So many things come with that if you let your guard down for a moment while shopping the next thing you know it’s filling up the trash.

Here’s hoping for a less plastic week.
