What a lovely and peaceful scene. I really admire your efforts to be green. It something that does take a lot of support and reminding. we grew up in such a wasteful era. Even now when we know better habits are hard to change. We are so insulated from harsh realities.

That's a cool shot. If it's the Apple Hill by Placerville, we're practically neighbors.

Lovely bit of serenity. We have a spot very near our house like this. We go there often.

Sukhmandir Kaur - Thank you for your encouraging comment! It is hard to "be green" but if we work at it every day and always remember that if we don't do as well as we wanted to today, there is always tomorrow to do better, then I think we might just make it!

Stan - Yes, it's the Apple Hill in Camino & we live in Placerville. So hi neighbor! ;)

Auntie E - Yes there are fish and Dylan (my youngest) really wanted to fish that day. However, mommy only does fishing when daddy's around so he can do all the gross parts. ;)

La Mama Naturale - Yes we finally made it! So sad considering it's so close! We've been a few more times since then now!

And thanks to everyone for your wonderful, sweet comments!
