I think it's just a given that we Americans eat Thanksgiving dinner for at least four days straight. I don't know who we're kidding pretending that the holiday lasts for just one day when the turkey alone lasts for at least three. LOL!
At our house, there's never really any such thing as too much leftovers. We both love turkey, and it's so cool to have food that just needs to be heated up when we get off work late, which happens a lot this time of year. Looks like you had a yummy and fun feast!
I tried to show off last year with a 20 pounder like my Mom use to make. After cooking a lot longer than I was suppose to it still wanted cooked in the middle! This year I had a perfect 10 lb bird, not too many leftovers. Gotta go, I'm hungry now! Happy WW!
This site is about making the greenest choices for YOU.
I believe it's not about what you don't do, but what you do that makes a difference.
As Helen Keller said,"I am only one, but I am still one.I cannot do everything, but I can do something."
To me, that pretty much sums it up.

I've been wondering how long an ostrich might last? Could you imagine Thanksgiving in Australia with the European settlers and aborigines...
That guy doesn't look like he's too sure about the carving procedure, but it sounds like things worked out.
