Getting My Trash Back On Track

My dad has been visiting for the last week and is here until Wednesday. Like my brother he wants to help out. And like my brother he emptied the trash for me. I will admit however that it was quite full, I would even go so far as to say almost over flowing. I would have waited since it was Friday and pushed it until Sunday but once again I didn't want to be weird and say please put my full trash back.
The last 2 months I feel like we really haven't done very well trash wise. I always have a reason why that is but it really just comes down to not being as good at the grocery store so I don't have to worry about what's going in the trash.
The other major trash issue is Dylan's diapers. I know I keep talking about getting cloth, but I still haven't. There are 2 reasons for that; 1) I don't know if they'll be absorbent enough for overnight and 2) he used to stay dry and then just suddenly stopped, what if I spend the money on them and he starts staying dry again? Tonight he went to bed without one on and I think we may just go back to that and hope for the best.
I know we do better than before I started Bash the Trash but I'd like us to get back to being as good as when I was doing the challenge. So I'm going to refocus at the grocery store and get our trash back on track. I hope.
P.S. Todd took this picture for me and once I'm done here I'll be going and taking the foil and paper out and putting them into the recycle can. I think that I can even recycle the pizza baking sheets if I rinse the grease off.
