I Love My Pyrex And A Pretty Cool Giveaway

CSN Stores contacted me, um, a little while ago about doing a product review or giveaway. At first I wasn’t really sure if I wanted to or not. I don’t want to try stuff or give away stuff just for the sake of it, so I took my time thinking about and checking out their online stores.

It turns out you can get pretty much anything from bamboo utensils to headboards from them. They even have eco friendly options and my most favorite thing, Pyrex storage containers.

You know that I’m trying to get rid of plastic, or at the very least BPA filled plastic. So over the last year I’ve been slowly getting rid of my plastic containers (very easy to do when moving) and replace them with Pyrex. The Pyrex containers do have plastic lids but they’re BPA free according to the Safe Mama.

We use our containers all the time. I store leftovers in them, I use them to store chocolate coconut balls in the freezer, and my mom takes her lunch in them to work, and on and on. They’ve been great for keeping us plastic storage bag free.

So as much as I love the perk of getting to try new things I thought since it was an either or option I would go with the giveaway this time. Turns out I can always try something out later.

I thought it would be great to do a giveaway for a set of Pyrex storage containers. Because even if you have a bunch of storage containers, you can always use more right?

Well then CSN told me I could do a giveaway for a gift certificate instead if I wanted to. The gift certificate would be for $70 if I wanted to go that route. Hmmm, $70 is more than any of the storage sets; you could actually get a couple of sets with $70.

So I’m totally going with the gift certificate! One lucky reader will get a $70 gift certificate good for anything on the CSN stores.
