A Crazy Soaptastic Giveaway

One of my favorite blog writers Sheila from Ma Vie Folle (“My Crazy Life” in French) also has a natural and organic bath & body company called Aventine Hill.

Sheila was sweet enough to send me a big bunch of wonderful goodies that she makes herself to try out. She didn’t send them for a review or as part of giveaway, she just sent them because we’re bloggy friends.

So to me the best way to say “Thank You” (besides the email I sent, hehe) was to tell all of you about the wonderful products that she makes. However, when I mentioned I was going to do this Sheila thought it might be fun to turn it into a giveaway post. Woo-Hoo for you guys!

What she sent me was 2 soaps, a bag of bath salts, a facial mask and a lotion. There’s only 1 soap in the picture because I used the other before taking the photos and there’s no lotion because I keep taking it with me, hehe.

I have been loving everything and I love that Sheila makes it all herself. The soap gets me clean without leaving a film or leaving me feeling dry, which is awesome. I love taking a bath with the lavender bath soak. Not something I do often, but it is wonderful when I do.

Sheila told me that you can even use the soaps as shampoo; well you know I love a good multi-purpose product!

I love the selection of products and the thought that goes into the creating the products. For example, the Namaste Collection for the Yoga lover who wants a clean, refreshing scent after practice. Although I would hazard a guess that anyone would love this collection. There's also the Chakra Collection of bath salts that help you soothe your spirit as well as your body. Love! Plus many, many other wonderful looking products.

You can find Aventine Hill on Facebook where Sheila has a great discount code for first time buyers. You can also get the latest post from her wellness blog on the fan page.

And best of all you can win a $20 gift certificate for anything on Aventine Hill right here! For the main entry go to Aventine Hill’s site and leave a comment here telling me what you would get with the GC. This entry must be done for all others to count.

This contest is only open to US & Canadian residents. The contest will run from Tuesday July 13, 2010 thru Monday July 26, 2010 at 11:59 pm PST. And as always the boys (or just me) will help me pick a winner which will be announced Tuesday the 27th.
